Short Title, Extent And Commencement:
1. Short title, extent and commencement:
(1) This Act may be called as “Feed Act, 2033 (1976)”.
(2) This Act shall extend throughout Nepal.
(3) It shall come into force in such area and on such date as the Government of Nepal may, by a Notification in the Nepal Gazette, appoint.
